Duties

• Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, assembling ingredients, and following recipes accurately.
• Support cooking processes by operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, cleaning workstations, and sanitizing surfaces regularly.
• Help with food handling and storage to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Buss tables and assist with serving guests when needed to enhance customer experience.
• Support banquet and event setups by preparing ingredients and assisting with large-scale food service.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel kitchens is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety protocols.
• Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Experience in banquet service or catering environments is a plus.
