Job Summary
Coordinates the day-to-day activities of the program. Manages client flow, recruitment, screening of potential clients, community outreach activities, and case management of enrolled participants. Oversees data collection and progress monitoring associated with enrolled participants
- Collects phone screens and intake materials to assess eligibility. Oversees collection of assessment data, intake materials, and routine outcome monitoring.
- Manages communication with families seeking clinical services in the Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) Program. Oversees implementation of individual family treatment services.
- Provides study-related services to enrolled participants. Organizes paper work and collects data from participants during assessment visits at the Center. Verifies all completed forms and contacts families to clarify information and collect missing information.
- Learns and administers study assessments, completes intake screens.
- Prepares assessment reports and communicates results to parents.
- Oversees data repository and recruitment reporting as needed.
- Oversees and implements individual treatment, family treatment, group therapy
- Collects progress monitoring data and presents data at team case review meetings.
- Administers and interprets ratings from participants.

- Performs other duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are related to the position.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate specialization and four (4) years of related experience, or Master's degree in an appropriate specialization and two (2) years related experience.
