General Cleaning Crew

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas.
• Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow established safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly.
• Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation is a plus for flexibility in scheduling or covering multiple locations.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols is advantageous. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a clean and safe environment while developing valuable skills in facility maintenance.
