Fully OnsiteWhat you will do
As an EHS Manager you will:
- Partner with site leaders to cultivate strong environmental, health & safety (EHS) performance by encouraging employee engagement and shared ownership for EHS programs
- Grow the EHS team through effective coaching and robust talent development plans
- Coordinate continual improvements to the EHS management system to maintain ISO 14001 certification
- Facilitate EHS program compliance against Kenvue and regulatory standards by identifying program gaps and implementing action plans
- Support environmental permit applications and serve as the facility liaison for EHS regulatory agencies such as PA DEP and OSHA
Position Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of EHS experience
- Experience leading EHS programs in an occupational environment
- Experience leading teams or direct people management
- Strong leader who builds trust to achieve desired results
- Experience in identifying, evaluating and controlling EHS hazards in the workplace
- Knowledge of state and federal EHS regulations and an ability to quickly interpret regulatory issues and provide a recommended course of action is required
Preferred Requirements
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in science, engineering or other technical field
- People Leader experience with multiple direct reports
- Experience in an FDA/GMP environment
- Certifications such as PE, CIH, CSP
