Graduate Civil Engineer Responsibilities:

As a Graduate Engineer in the Austin office, you will:

  • Prepare proposals, scopes of work and contract cost estimates and requires an understanding of multi-disciplinary team coordination
  • Devises alternative approaches and solutions to problems
  • Engineering planning, analysis, design, estimating, contracting, project management, construction and delivery phases.
  • Building and maintaining relationships between project teams and collaborating to ensure that technical, quality, cost and client requirements are implemented
  • Coordinating with outside sub-consultants, as needed
  • Preparing a range of reports to communicate project information to team members, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Works closely with project team
  • The candidate will handle multiple simultaneous projects, within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Maintain regular and prompt attendance at WGA Houston office
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Graduate Civil Engineer Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or other related engineering discipline
  • EIT license required; or able to receive within 6-months of employment
