Position Overview:
As a Budtender, you will be the face of our dispensary, responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs, provide information about different strains and consumption methods, and ensure compliance with all regulations. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong product knowledge, and a commitment to professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Educate customers about cannabis products, including strains, potency, and effects.
• Accurately process transactions and handle cash in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.
• Adhere to all state and local regulations governing cannabis retail operations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent service.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
