Line Cook

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a restaurant setting and be passionate about food preparation and presentation.

*Responsibilities*

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food

• Cook and plate menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

• Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas, and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards

• Follow proper food handling procedures and maintain food safety standards at all times

*Requirements*

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role

• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

• Understanding of food safety practices

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $19.00 per hour
