Maintenance Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, along with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities.
• Utilize electrical experience to maintain and repair electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Engage in unit and common area maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Execute residential painting projects as required to maintain aesthetic quality.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Appfolio.

• Assist in general upkeeps of common areas.

• Proficient in mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in all types of maintenance tasks.
