Position Summary

The Clinical Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring seamless coordination between providers, nursing staff, and patients. This position focuses on scheduling, care coordination, documentation, and operational support to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily clinical workflows to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Serve as a liaison between providers, nurses, administrative staff, and patients
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, procedures, and follow-ups
  • Support patient care coordination, including pre-visit preparation and post-visit follow-up
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with inventory tracking, supplies, and clinical resources as needed
  • Support onboarding and training of new clinical staff when applicable
  • Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a clinical, healthcare coordination, or medical office role
  • Experience in fertility, OB/GYN, or specialty care strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
