Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position at Piccalio's warehouse in Torrance, CA. As a key member of the team, you will support Operations, Logistics, and Customer Experience by managing all in-house inventory and day-to-day warehouse functions. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing replacement parts, warranty fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and quality control—all essential to ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

This position focuses on fulfilling customer replacement and warranty shipments, maintaining inventory for replacement parts and warehouse supplies, and supporting partner and resale channels as needed. The role also works closely with internal teams to submit and track purchase orders for incoming inventory, monitors large inbound shipments, and flags any delivery discrepancies or variances for timely resolution.

You will work closely with the customer experience team to ensure timely and accurate replacement shipments, and coordinate with Operations and Logistics on inventory needs while maintaining Piccalio's high standards across all warehouse processes.

This role reports to the Director of Operations and works directly with the operations and logistics and customer experience teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee incoming inventory and outbound shipments, ensuring all deliveries are accurate and free of discrepancies; submit and track purchase orders as needed.
  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations with a focus on replacement parts and warranty-related fulfillment.
  • Fulfill, pack, and ship customer replacement orders through Shopify in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time inventory tracking for replacement parts, supplies, and unsellable inventory.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively coordinate restocking with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Support partner and resale channel needs, including secondary market or resale partners.
  • Conduct quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing items; identify defect or damage trends and report findings to appropriate teams.
  • Assist with inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate regular carrier pickups as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Track and report weekly replacement volume, processing timelines, and monthly partner or unsellable inventory metrics.
  • Uphold Piccalio's quality standards and attention to detail across all warehouse activities.

Candidate Requirements

  • Warehouse or retail experience preferred
  • Hard working, ability to learn new skills and related tasks, dependable and punctual.
  • Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Must be comfortable using a computer and have basic technical knowledge and skills
  • Experience with fulfillment services and systems (3PL) a plus
  • Experience using Shopify is a plus
  • Experience using Sage or other inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Basic understanding of written and spoken English. Knowing Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation
  • May be required to move objects or goods from one place to another. Examples of physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Clear communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations and improve processes.
