Overview

Intermountain Home Services is hiring an
Executive Business Partner
to serve as a trusted right hand to senior leadership. This role goes far beyond calendar management—it requires strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, and proactive coordination across internal departments and external stakeholders. You'll help maximize executive effectiveness by managing information flow, preparing materials, supporting strategic initiatives, and anticipating needs before they arise.

This is a high-impact, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, handles sensitive information with discretion, and can confidently navigate both executive-level communication and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and strategic support to one or more senior executives
  • Manage calendars, prioritize meetings, coordinate travel, and handle logistics with minimal oversight
  • Prepare, edit, and organize executive communications, presentations, and reports
  • Facilitate alignment across departments by tracking key action items, deadlines, and follow-ups
  • Act as a liaison between executive leadership and internal teams or external partners
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive business and personnel matters
  • Attend key meetings, take notes, and assist with next steps or coordination as needed
  • Support special projects, events, and strategic initiatives at the executive level
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve executive productivity
  • Represent executive leadership with professionalism, responsiveness, and clarity

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in executive support, business operations, or strategic coordination
  • Strong experience managing complex calendars, travel, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Zoom)
  • Comfortable handling ambiguity and shifting priorities with professionalism and discretion
  • Prior experience supporting executive-level leaders required
  • Experience in high-growth, multi-brand, or service-based industries preferred
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
