We are looking for a Channel Field Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will build and nurture relationships with prospective customers, helping to establish long-term partnerships as we continue to grow.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct engaging virtual and in-person presentations to showcase our products/services and demonstrate their value to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle negotiations and close sales deals effectively. Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience and address any issues that arise.
- Travel: % travel within the United States to visit partners, construction firms, and industry events. Key conduct onsite product demos, train partner teams on new features, gather feedback from contractors and suppliers, support sales opportunities, strengthen relationships with channel partners, and identify new market opportunities. They may also attend trade shows, host regional training sessions, and collaborate with local sales teams to drive product adoption and ensure partners are set up for success.
What You Will Need To Be Successful
- Experience selling SaaS solutions - Construction space preferred.
- Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory. You need to be fearless, fast-paced, and have a growth-mindset.
- Sales Cycle Expert- You have expertise at a higher level. You develop and lead prospects by applying analytics to specific business issues. You know how to "drive a deal."
- Evangelist. Highly driven individual with an execution focus, and a strong sense of urgency, and a belief in PlanHub's mission. You can go beyond relationship management.
- Team Player. You understand at an early stage. You understand the need to work as a team for everyone to be successful. You know there are never enough resources, and every day presents a challenge. You thrive on "building it yourself" and the satisfaction it brings.
- Excellent Communicator. You know what to say and more importantly, how and when to say it.
- Working knowledge of current tech stack: HubSpot, G-Suite, Zoom.

This position will be a remote position within the United States. Occasional trips to our West Palm Beach, FL office, may be required.
