Your primary responsibility will be to accurately select products from inventory and prepare them for shipment to our valued customers. You will be instrumental in ensuring that orders are processed correctly and on time, playing a crucial part in our supply chain. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order fulfillment lists or using scanning technology.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Package products securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Apply shipping labels and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through careful picking and verification.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse roles preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and order details.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Capability of lifting items up to 40 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and the use of PPE.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory management.
