Come join our vibrant team as a Picker/Packer in Phoenix, Arizona! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support our growing logistics operations. As a Picker/Packer, your primary responsibilities will include accurately selecting items from inventory and meticulously packing them for shipment. This role requires speed, accuracy, and a keen eye for detail. You will be an essential link in ensuring customer satisfaction by preparing orders correctly. Maintaining a safe work environment, including the consistent use of appropriate PPE, is a top priority. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products according to order specifications using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect picked items for quality and condition.
- Pack products securely and efficiently into boxes or other containers.
- Apply shipping labels and necessary documentation to packages.
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and company policies, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Assist with other warehouse duties, which may include some Lifting.
- Meet individual and team productivity goals.
- Support the seamless flow of our logistics process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking, packing, or warehouse work is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability for moderate Lifting (up to 30 lbs) and performing repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be able to wear and comfortably use required PPE.
