Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists, utilizing scanning technology.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify that picked items match order details precisely.
- Apply correct shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station and warehouse environment.
- Follow all company procedures, including safety protocols and guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks as directed.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic material handling equipment.
- Wear all necessary PPE, such as safety glasses and gloves, to ensure personal safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Capable of lifting and moving packages weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse safety procedures.
