Are you a motivated individual looking to kick-start your career in warehousing? Our Cincinnati, Ohio facility is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed. This position involves picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment in a fast-paced logistics environment. We prioritize safety and provide all necessary training and PPE to ensure a secure workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or RF scanner data.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Assist in receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Participate in inventory counts as required.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Wear required PPE, including safety vests, gloves, and appropriate footwear.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and willingness to follow all safety protocols.
- Must be comfortable wearing PPE.
