Our Tampa, Florida warehouse needs energetic and reliable Warehouse Workers to support our growing logistics operations! This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You'll play a key part in ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and that orders are processed accurately and promptly. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock received goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate manual and powered equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock checks.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or operational issues.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to Safety.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
