We are seeking motivated and dependable Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time. We are committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is paramount. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory with care.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Stage outgoing shipments for transport.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with Safety guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided for some).
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE.
