Our Nashville, Tennessee facility is looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our logistics team. This role is fundamental to ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods within our distribution center. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against documentation.
- Sort and organize products, placing them in designated storage areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
- Load outbound shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
- Proper use and adherence to all required PPE guidelines.
- Be prepared for tasks involving regular lifting, up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor setting is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics principles.
- Must be willing to wear required PPE at all times.
