We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Associate to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient flow of inventory from receipt to dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Sort, label, and store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements and shipping schedules.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, and potentially forklifts (certification required for forklift operation).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy investigations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist with the loading of outbound shipments onto trucks.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strict adherence to all safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE.
- Be prepared for duties involving significant lifting, up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment strongly preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for the entire shift.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
