We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Inventory Control Specialist to join our state-of-the-art facility in Provo, Utah. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of our inventory, implementing robust processes to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels. Your expertise will be crucial to the efficiency of our logistics and supply chain operations. You will conduct regular inventory audits, analyze data to identify trends and root causes of issues, and develop and implement corrective actions. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology is essential. The ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make informed recommendations is key. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to inventory management. You will collaborate with various departments, including warehouse operations and procurement, to ensure seamless inventory flow. While primarily an analytical role, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work on the warehouse floor periodically may be required. Safety is a core value, and adherence to all safety procedures, including the use of PPE, is paramount. Responsibilities: Conducting cycle counts and full physical inventories. Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies. Maintaining and optimizing WMS data accuracy. Developing and implementing inventory control procedures. Analyzing inventory data and generating performance reports. Identifying opportunities for process improvement in logistics. Ensuring proper stock rotation and organization. Training warehouse staff on inventory best practices. Adhering to all safety regulations and using appropriate PPE.
