Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, clamp) to move, stack, and unstack inventory.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers accurately and efficiently.
- Transport raw materials and finished goods to and from designated areas.
- Perform daily pre-operation checks and basic maintenance on forklifts.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock placement.
- Ensure that all materials are handled and stored safely, following established **logistics** procedures.
- Adhere strictly to all **safety** regulations and company policies.
- Wear all required **PPE** and use **safety** equipment properly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any operational issues or **safety** concerns to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator with a valid certification.
- Demonstrated ability to operate multiple types of forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Solid understanding of warehouse **logistics**, inventory control, and material handling techniques.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including **lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Strong commitment to **safety** and adherence to all **PPE** requirements.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
