Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including aisles and work stations.
- Adhere strictly to all **Safety** procedures and wear required **PPE**.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or general labor role is beneficial.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including consistent **Lifting** of up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse **Logistics** is a plus.
- Willingness to follow all **Safety** regulations and wear appropriate **PPE**.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
