We are seeking a diligent and motivated Order Picker to join our dynamic warehouse team in Provo, Utah. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This position involves navigating the warehouse efficiently to locate and retrieve items for shipment, preparing them for dispatch, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Package items securely for shipment, including appropriate labeling.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all warehouse policies.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming goods as needed.
- Achieve individual and team productivity targets.
- Collaborate effectively with other warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment which may include temperature variations.
