Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using advanced technology.
- Sort and prepare outgoing shipments for various carriers.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and meets all safety standards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for productivity and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment and knowledge of safety protocols.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Commitment to workplace safety and willingness to wear required PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
