This role sits at the intersection of commercial sales leadership and operational execution and is responsible for delivering profitable growth across all managed platforms./ppThis individual will act as the primary owner of account performance, including revenue, PL management, forecasting, customer relationships, and operational excellence. The role requires the ability to translate commercial strategy into disciplined execution while managing multiple platforms, cross-functional partners, and external customer relationships./ppIf you are a commercially driven e-commerce leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution and enjoys owning complex digital businesses end-to-end, wed love to talk to you./ppJob Responsibilities:/pulliDevelop and execute brand, category, and customer growth strategies across Amazon, DTC, and all Pure Play E-Commerce accounts/liliOwn topline sales performance and profitability across managed accounts, including PL management, forecasting, and trade investment/liliUtilize data to develop and maintain reporting that identifies trends, risks, and opportunities and communicates insights clearly to the organization/liliManage E-Commerce assortment and merchandising strategies to drive sales growth, margin improvement, and customer relevance/liliOversee merchandising, pricing, promotional execution, and operational performance across Amazon One P, DTC, and Pure Play platforms/liliPartner with agency teams on retail media execution and promotional strategy to drive traffic, conversion, sell-through, market share growth, and brand awareness/liliUncover and execute new Amazon initiatives that improve the customer experience and drive incremental business growth/liliManage daily business operations in partnership with customers and internal teams, including item and UPC setup, catalog maintenance, ticketing, promotional events, logistics coordination, and inventory management/liliSupport day-to-day DTC operations, including performance reporting, forecasting inputs, promotional readiness, and site execution/liliLead innovation launches across Amazon, DTC, and Pure Play platforms, ensuring cross-functional alignment and on-time execution/liliStay current on e-commerce best practices, platform updates, and new features, and translate learnings into actionable improvements/li/ulpQualifications Skills:/pulliBachelors degree in business or a related field required/lili5-7 years of directly relevant digital commerce experience with ownership of Amazon sales and operations/liliHands-on experience managing Amazon 1P experience preferred/liliDemonstrated ownership of commercial performance, including PL management, forecasting, and decision making/liliProven ability to analyze trends and performance data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies/liliAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines/liliStrong relationship management skills with experience partnering cross-functionally and externally to deliver business results/liliStrong analytical and financial acumen with advanced Excel proficiency/li/ulpSalary for the Amazon E-Commerce Sales Sr. Manager role starts at $170,000./ppWhy Join Us?/pulliOpportunity to lead a critical function in a growing mid-size CPG company./liliCollaborative and entrepreneurial work culture./liliCompetitive compensation and benefits package./liliCareer development and growth opportunities./li/ulpIf you are a commercially minded e-commerce leader with a passion for driving digital growth and operational excellence across Amazon and Pure Play platforms, we invite you to apply and join our team!/p/div
