Work with new and existing clients to sell roofing and exterior services. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the roofing and exteriors sector through various channels, including leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and cold calling - this includes door knock / canvassing. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Learn and understand our roofing and exterior services and products. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and facilitate agreement on project terms and conditions. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Other duties as needed or required. Supervision Received: Reports to CEO Minimal supervision Supervision Exercised: No supervisory responsibilities of employees Qualifications and Skills: REQUIRED: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry. Strong understanding of roofing and exterior construction methods, and the overall industry. Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to establish trust with potential and existing clients. Ability to educate clients on the needs of their roofs and present options. Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Contract negotiation and closing. Payment pickup and delivery. Maintain a professional appearance.
