Role Responsibilities
Build and expand the surgery heart division
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive adoption and market share.
Identify, approach, and open new accounts – a high-activity, door-opening role.
Deliver product demonstrations, training and clinical support as needed.
Collaborate closely with the established team
Represent the organisation at conferences, academy sessions, and KOL events across Europe.
Requirements
Minimum
2+ years recent experience
selling selling surgical heart products
Maximum ~10 years’ total experience – this is an individual contributor role, not management.
Comfortable building a market from scratch: proactive, resilient, and strategic.
Strong ability to drive new business, open doors, and challenge the status quo.
