This position will be hybrid with scheduled on-site client time and remote helpdesk support from your home.

We're growing, and we're looking for a passionate, mid level Helpdesk Technician to join our high-performance Service Desk team.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the first line of support for end users, resolving tickets related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, Office 365, and basic networking issues.
  • Handle a high volume of calls and tickets in a fast-paced environment—triaging, documenting, and resolving issues or escalating as needed.
  • Provide direct on-site customer support.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while working to resolve issues efficiently and with a smile (virtual or in person).
  • Follow documented SOPs and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery processes.
  • Use our RMM and PSA tools (e.g., AutoTask, Datto, IT Glue) to manage and update tickets, document solutions, and track assets.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of IT support experience (MSP experience a big plus).
  • Strong familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, remote desktop tools, and basic networking concepts.
  • A natural ability to troubleshoot and explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
  • A positive, team-first attitude, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a structured, SLA-driven environment.
  • High attention to detail, strong documentation habits, and a sense of urgency.
  • A passion for technology and continuous learning.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or similar high-paced IT environment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts or PSA/RMM tools.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or other relevant certifications.
