A respected, fast-growing integrative and functional medicine clinic in the Boise area is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to become a central part of our clinical team. The Role

You will serve as both the first impression and the organizational anchor of the clinic. This is a hands-on, people-focused role with real responsibility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming patients and setting the tone for their visit
• Scheduling and managing multi-provider calendars
• Answering phones and guiding patients through next steps
• Accepting payments and reconciling daily collections
• Entering billing procedures and maintaining clean records
• Communicating clearly between practitioners and patients
• Explaining therapies, supplements, and treatment plans at a high level
• Supporting overall clinic flow and stepping in where needed
