Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barre Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barre or ballet practices and a commitment to promoting wellness. As a Barre Instructor, you will lead classes that inspire and motivate participants, helping them achieve their personal fitness goals while fostering a supportive community environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging barre classes that cater to various skill levels, ensuring a safe and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
• Demonstrate proper techniques and provide modifications to accommodate individual needs.
• Incorporate knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics into class instruction to enhance participants' understanding of their bodies.
• Promote overall health and wellness by integrating elements of mindfulness and relaxation into sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space before and after classes.
• Engage in ongoing education related to barre practices, to continually enhance teaching skills.
• Foster a positive community atmosphere through effective communication and encouragement during classes.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Barre Instructor from an accredited program is required and at least one year teaching experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire participants of all backgrounds.
