Pizza Cook

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong background in the food industry. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality and taste. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and exceptional service.

Duties

• Prepare and cook pizzas and other Italian meals according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared for use.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and equipment.
• Monitor cooking times to ensure food safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation during peak hours.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food preparation or as a cook in a restaurant or food service setting.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques related to pizza making and meal preparation.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A passion for the culinary arts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
