Position Overview:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership. This role ensures the branch meets performance goals while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage branch operations to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and delivery processes.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Analyze financial reports and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
