Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Executive Leadership Manager to oversee the overall operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and team leadership. Responsibilities

  • Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations, to foster a motivated and efficient team.
  • Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
  • Experience working with restaurant software such as TOAST and Restaurant 365
  • Control inventory levels through accurate tracking and ordering
  • Implement effective management of kitchen operations, including food production, catering services, banquet events, and bar services when applicable.
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions on customer service excellence, food safety protocols, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and analyzing sales data to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards across all areas of the restaurant.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Coordinate shift management duties to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours while optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Align with the culture with a hands-on approach

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience within quick service & fast-food restaurants or casual dining environments; fine dining or hotel experience is a plus.
  • Extensive background in food industry operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, food handling, and kitchen management.
  • Strong supervisory skills with experience in staff training & development as well as interviewing potential team members.
  • Proficiency with POS systems such ascash handling expertise required.
  • Knowledge of inventory control practices along with budgeting skills for cost management.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experence

Pay: $50, $57,000.00 per year
