The Role: Expanding Institutional Access to On-Chain Yield
The company is seeking a
Business Development Manager
, based in New York (remote role, but with strong local network access), to lead institutional and strategic growth efforts across TradFi and DeFi ecosystems.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in
sales & trading, investor relations, asset management, or investment banking
, who are now looking to apply their market expertise to the on-chain structured products space.
You'll be responsible for building partnerships, onboarding institutional investors, and driving adoption of the company's DCI vaults and yield products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic BD roadmap for institutional growth across the US market.
- Identify and onboard institutional investors, trading desks, market makers, and liquidity providers.
- Build and manage relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and DeFi-native funds.
- Represent the company within New York's TradFi and DeFi ecosystem, expanding our institutional presence.
- Collaborate with product and strategy teams to align BD initiatives with market needs and upcoming product launches.
- Analyze market trends, investor behavior, and yield performance to inform business decisions.
- Contribute to KPIs such as TVL growth, AUM expansion, and long-term strategic partnerships.
- Participate in major finance and Web3 events, conferences, and networking opportunities within the US region.
- Support fundraising and investor relations efforts with existing and potential stakeholders on the company's cap table.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in
sales & trading, investor relations, asset management, investment banking
, or similar roles.
- Strong network in New York's financial ecosystem, with exposure to both TradFi and DeFi.
- Solid understanding of
digital assets, derivatives, or structured yield products
.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
- Passion for
DeFi, blockchain innovation, and on-chain financial infrastructure
