We are looking for an experienced COTA to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to clients, assessing and evaluating their needs, developing treatment plans, and providing guidance and support to clients and their families. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a strong understanding of the principles of occupational therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Support and implement occupational therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed OT

Qualifications:

• Current COTA certification and state licensure (or eligibility)
• Experience working with pediatric populations is a plus
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Passion for supporting client progress and caregiver involvement
• Provide direct therapy to clients to enhance fine motor, gross motor, sensory integration, and functional daily living skills
• Document progress and collaborate with other professionals and caregivers
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized treatment plans
