Position: Personal Trainer

COMMISION PAY ONLY

Compensation:

• Tiered commission structure ranging from 30% to 60%, based on the number of completed training sessions per month
• Opportunities to train clients in both 30-minute and 60-minute sessions
• Performance bonuses and opportunities for growth within the company

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct customized personal training sessions tailored to clients' individual goals and needs
• Help clients establish realistic and sustainable fitness goals
• Provide guidance on exercise form, technique, and proper progression
• Design and implement personalized fitness programs with a focus on strength training, mobility, and overall wellness
• Track client progress through measurements, body composition analysis, and fitness assessments
• Offer basic nutritional guidance to support client goals
• Hold clients accountable and provide ongoing support and motivation
• Educate clients on building long-term, healthy habits and routines
• Create a positive, inclusive, and goal-oriented training experience
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote retention and referrals

Qualifications:

• Prior personal training or coaching experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
• Sales experience is a plus – must be comfortable speaking with potential clients and discussing packages
• Personal Trainer certification from a recognized organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, etc.) or actively working toward certification
• Strong background in strength training, functional fitness, or performance coaching
• CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire) (it's a plus)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• A motivating, positive, and professional attitude
• Commitment to client success, health, and long-term results
• Willingness to take initiative, contribute to the team, and grow your client base
