Overview:
The brand new Home2 Suites are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, this role requires a warm and welcoming demeanor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are looking to hire for all shifts including 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and Night Audit 11pm-7am.
Duties:
- Greet and register guests upon arrival, handle check-in and check-out processes, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, and ensure that all hotel supplies are stocked and readily available.
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing the front desk register and reconciling any discrepancies.
- Handle guest phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and maintain accurate records of guest communications.
- Assist with hotel operations, including coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and respected.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge of hotel operations.
Skills:
- Proficiency in front desk operations and guest relations.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Experience with phone systems and phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures and resort services.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $ $14.00 per hour
