Overview:

The brand new Home2 Suites are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, this role requires a warm and welcoming demeanor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are looking to hire for all shifts including 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and Night Audit 11pm-7am.

Duties:

  • Greet and register guests upon arrival, handle check-in and check-out processes, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, and ensure that all hotel supplies are stocked and readily available.
  • Perform night audit duties, including balancing the front desk register and reconciling any discrepancies.
  • Handle guest phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and maintain accurate records of guest communications.
  • Assist with hotel operations, including coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and respected.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge of hotel operations.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in front desk operations and guest relations.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Experience with phone systems and phone etiquette.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures and resort services.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $14.00 per hour
