Occupational Therapist (OT) for a Full-Time role only

Position Overview
As a
Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)
, you'll evaluate residents, design individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy that promotes independence in activities of daily living. You'll work closely with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct resident evaluations and functional assessments
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to resident needs and goals
• Provide hands-on therapy focused on mobility, self-care, and functional skills
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment use
• Monitor progress and update care plans as needed
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and rehab colleagues to ensure excellent care

Qualifications

• Current and active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Georgia
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teaching skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and empowering residents
