Position Summary
We are seeking a caring, energetic Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for early childhood education, strong classroom skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
• Create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Observe and document children's progress and milestones
• Maintain open and positive communication with families and coworkers
• Ensure all practices meet center policies and Washington state licensing requirements
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a high-quality program

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a childcare or early learning setting not required but preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and care for young children as needed

Full-time, Monday–Friday
