Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA services for children and families impacted by autism and other developmental disabilities. Serving the greater Richmond area
As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure high-quality, client-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Provide direct services when needed
- Analyze data and make clinical decisions based on objective evidence
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other service providers
- Maintain clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress reports
- Uphold BACB standards and ethical guidelines in all service delivery
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Virginia State licensure
- 1–2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based environment
