Compensation: $100,000 – $200,000+ per year (Base + Commission/Bonus)
Job Description
Polaris of Gainesville is seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Sales Manager to lead our F&I operations and manage dealership sales performance in a fast-paced Powersports and Marine environment.
This position is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong finance expertise, proven sales management skills, and the ability to desk deals, close transactions, and maximize dealership profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
Finance & Insurance (F&I):
- Structure and present financing options for powersports and marine customers
- Work directly with banks and lenders to obtain competitive approvals
- Sell F&I products including extended warranties, service contracts, GAP, and protection plans
- Ensure all deals comply with state, federal, and lender regulations
- Accurately complete and submit all finance and legal documentation
- Maximize per-unit revenue while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Sales Management & Support:
- Desk deals and structure transactions to maximize profitability
- Assist and support the sales team in closing deals
- Train and coach sales staff on deal structure, finance products, and closing techniques
- Partner with dealership management to achieve monthly and annual sales goals
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally
- Drive repeat and referral business
Leadership & Operations:
- Maintain and grow lender relationships
- Track and report key F&I and sales performance metrics
- Assist with inventory flow, pricing, and promotions
- Deliver a smooth, transparent, and professional buying experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Finance Manager, F&I Manager, or Sales Manager
(Powersports, Marine, Automotive, or RV experience preferred)
- Proven experience desking deals and managing sales processes
- Strong understanding of dealership finance, lending programs, and compliance
- Proven ability to close deals and drive revenue
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership experience with a customer-first approach
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
