Line Cook

Looking for 1 experienced line cook to join our unique restaurant team. You have to be reliable, energized, and a team player. Creativity and a passion for food are highly desirable qualities. You need a minimum of 1 year kitchen experience as well as hands on other stations. We will train you on pizza station if needed. FCG is a 90% scratch kitchen that also caters to the gluten free community. Open Tuesday through Saturday with no late nights as we close at 9:00pm. This is a FT position.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, portioning meats, or preparing sauces)
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Answer, report and follow instructions
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
