We're a local pack-and-ship store offering FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipping services, as well as U-Haul rentals, and in-store notary services. We pride ourselves on delivering friendly, reliable service to our customers in a welcoming environment.

Job Overview

We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level position with paid training provided. If you enjoy helping people and want a steady part-time/full-time schedule, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with shipping (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
• Process shipments, payments, and packing services
• Handle U-Haul reservations, check-outs, and returns
• Assist customers with questions about our in-store notary services
• Answer customer inquiries in person and by phone
• Keep the store clean, organized, and professional
• Accurately handle cash and card transactions
• Complete other assigned tasks to support the team

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass a background check (partnered with Fieldprint)
• English fluency required; Spanish a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

Preferred (Not Required):

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Spanish-speaking ability
• Valid Notary Public License

Schedule:

• Part-time: 3–4 days per week (~8-hour shifts)
• Full -time 5-6 days per week divided between our 2 locations
• Flexible scheduling may be available
