Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Minneapolis, MN, for a Production/Warehouse Supervisor. The individual will oversee daily production and warehouse activities, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety standards. Key responsibilities include supervising a team, managing shipping and receiving processes, overseeing material handling and inventory control, and ensuring proper operation of equipment, including forklifts.

Qualifications

• Lead, supervise, and support production and shipping and receiving staff in daily assembly, inventory and shipping and receiving tasks.
• Learn and understand pump products and assembly processes to provide hands-on guidance.
• Create and maintain production records, reports, and documentation as required.
• Ensure daily production and shipping goals, schedules, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to improve efficiency.
• Coach, train, and mentor employees; provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, and minor disciplinary actions in coordination with management and HR.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for production issues during assigned shifts.
• Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving operations
• Experience with Material Handling and Inventory Control processes
• Competence in Forklift Operation and a commitment to equipment safety standards
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in warehouse management are a plus
