Service and Sales Support Representative

Our experienced client seeks an immediate, part-time to full-time Receptionist/Service & Sales Support position.

**Bi-lingual Spanish-speaking required

• P&C LICENSE REQUIRED WITHIN 30-45 DAYS

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Support sales representatives with incoming customers with documents and preparation for appointments.
• Research billing issues and return calls to customers to resolve issues.
• Problem-solve and provide excellent customer service.
• Pivot to other lines of business as opportunities are identified.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Courses on ethical and customer-centered sales practices will be required
