Cleaning Technician

Join The Cleaning Bee Services as a Part-Time Cleaning Technician supporting residential homes and short-term rental properties. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently once trained.

What You'll Do

• Perform residential and short-term rental cleanings based on assigned jobs
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas following company checklists
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, sanitize surfaces, and remove trash
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment properly and safely
• Complete jobs efficiently while meeting quality standards
• Communicate clearly regarding job completion or issues

What We're Looking For

• Reliable transportation to job locations
• Availability during weekday daytime hours
• Ability to work independently after training
• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to 20–30 lbs)
• Prior residential cleaning experience preferred but not required (training provided)
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Pay & Training

• Pay is based on a flat rate per job
• Hourly range shown reflects average earnings per completed job
• Paid training provided
