Hot Mat Pilates Instructor

We're looking for motivated, confident, and dynamic Hot Mat Pilates Instructors to join our growing fitness community. This role is perfect for instructors who love delivering challenging, music-driven classes that blend Pilates principles with strength, endurance, and mindful movement — all in a heated room.

What You'll Do

• Lead high-energy Hot Mat Pilates classes focused on strength, core stability, mobility, and endurance
• Create smart, intentional sequences that challenge a range of fitness levels while staying safe and effective
• Cue clearly and confidently, offering modifications and progressions to support all bodies
• Coach proper alignment, breath, and control to maximize results and prevent injury
• Bring the vibe — motivate, connect, and create an uplifting, inclusive class environment
• Adapt classes based on participant feedback and studio programming goals
• Stay current with fitness trends and continue to evolve your teaching through education and practice

Experience & Requirements

• Proven experience teaching Pilates (mat-based; hot studio experience preferred)
