Responsibilities

• Operate the deep fryer (tempura, fried items, etc.)
• Assist with basic kitchen prep and general cleaning
• Dishwashing and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
• Help with other back-of-house tasks as needed
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements
Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key. Strong knife skills and familiarity with basic cooking techniques are highly desirable. Ability to follow detailed instructions for food preparation and safety protocols. Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to assisting others in the kitchen. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Culinary interest or experience in catering or the food industry is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
