Car Wash Sales Associate

We're looking for an outgoing, extroverted, and driven Sales Associate to join our team. This role is all about connecting with customers at our pay stations, providing excellent service, and helping guests choose the wash or membership that fits their needs.

You'll spend very limited time inside the tunnel—your primary role is up front where the energy is: greeting customers, offering recommendations, explaining memberships, and closing sales. You will still act as a wash associate and be trained on ALL aspects of the workplace.

• Engage customers with a friendly, confident approach
• Explain wash options, promotions, and membership benefits

• Maintain a clean and organized pay station area
• Support team members and ensure smooth daily operations

What we're looking for:

• Experience in sales (retail, customer service, or commission-based roles preferred)
• A naturally outgoing, extroverted, and approachable personality
• Strong communication skills & comfort speaking to new people
• Highly motivated, reliable, and coachable
• Ability to work outdoors and on your feet
